“Learning a foreign language to me was the most exciting challenge I ever had”
Since I was little I always wanted to teach and help people reach their educational goals. I first started with literacy, later I became a Preschool teacher, and after I got married I departed to Canada where I lived for 8 years. There I combined my experience with little ones and my teaching skills with my native language. I worked for a well-recognized Spanish Institute in Toronto, a Montessori School, and also for the Toronto District School Board, many different experiences that helped me develop my passion to continue teaching and sharing my language. and culture.
I had the most amazing opportunity to teach Spanish while I was still learning English. My students guided me through my many mistakes with patience, understanding, and smiles, and all that was just because the most important thing when you are learning is to have fun and enjoy what you are doing because you decided to. I believe that music, books, and Café con Vainilla can be the best tools to learn a language!
